The Masnavi is a poetic collection of anecdotes and stories and spiritual couplets composed by the celebrated Persian Sufi poet, Jalal al-Din Rumi. It is actually a series of six books of poetry of nearly 50,000 lines. It is a spiritual text that guides Sufis in their journey toward being truly one with God. This book contains key chapters of this great work.
