We ship via USPS. Media mail is the default option, which offers the least expensive price, but you have the option to choose priority mail at checkout.
We ship to Canada and other international locations via FedEx.
The shipping cost is available immediately when an item is added to your cart.
The customer is responsible for shipping fees.
We accept a request for full or partial return of your order within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Returns are accepted in exchange for a credit voucher. Refunds are not issued. The credit voucher will be in the amount of the item excluding shipping charges. The credit voucher expires one year from the date of issue.
You can use your credit voucher within one year from the date of issue.
When you make a new order and would like to use your voucher, enter your voucher number in the appropriate box and click the 'ok' button.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours or the order status is not marked as 'shipped'. Otherwise, please follow return procedures.
If your order is not marked as 'shipped', please contact us immediately and we will issue a credit voucher for the total amount paid that can be used at a later date within one year. The credit voucher will be emailed to you, plus you can always find your credit voucher(s) and return slip(s) under My account in the footer of the website.
