This is the email address we will use to send order confirmation/status, tracking number, the invoice, and an option to receive our latest catalog and newsletter.
We accept payment by:

- Purchase orders (for qualified customers).

- Bank transfer.

At the last step of checkout, click on the 'PayPal' icon and you will be directed to the secure PayPal screen. You will have the option the make the payment directly without creating a PayPal account by entering your credit card information. Or you can pay with your PayPal account. After your payment is made by PayPal, you will be automatically directed back to Sawa Books. Click on the PayPal icon to be directed to the payment confirmation page.
Please note: Sawa Books only accepts purchase orders from qualified schools, libraries, and government institutions.
PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
To pay by purchase order, at the last step of checkout, select 'purchase order' as your payment method and enter your PO Number in the appropriate field. Please click 'I confirm my order' button.If you have not been issued a PO# by your institution, but wish to use the purchase order payment option, please enter a substitute number (which can be edited later), and click 'I confirm my order' button. When you are ready to correct the PO number, please email us at info@sawabooks.com and include your name (or the order number), the substitute PO number and the correct PO number.
To pay by check, at the last step of checkout, select the 'pay by check' button, and you will be provided with the necessary payment information, then click 'I confirm my order.'
Please note:
-- Checks must be made payable to Sawa Books. Please include the order number in the memo line.
-- Checks must be preprinted with your name and full address. Please include a phone number, if not preprinted.
-- Checks may not exceed the amount of the order.
-- Your order will be shipped once the check is received and clears the bank.
We do not accept international checks.

Partial payments are accepted from qualified customers (libraries, schools, and government institutions) on a case by case basis. Please contact Sawa Books for more information.
We ship via USPS. Media mail is the default option, which offers the least expensive price, but you have the option to choose priority mail at checkout.
We ship to Canada and other international locations via FedEx.
The shipping cost is available immediately when an item is added to your cart.
The customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Only delivery addresses in the state of Florida are charged sales tax.
Tax exempt customers in Florida must provide proof tax exempt status via our contact email: info@sawabooks.com and we will edit your order to remove the sales tax.
We accept a request for full or partial return of your order within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Returns are accepted in exchange for a credit voucher. Refunds are not issued. The credit voucher will be in the amount of the item excluding shipping charges. The credit voucher expires one year from the date of issue.
Please follow the procedures listed below:
1. Go to 'My Orders' located in the footer of the website.
2. Locate your order by order number.
3. Confirm that the status of your order is marked as delivered.
4. Click the 'details' button and scroll down to the items section.
5. Place a checkmark next to the item(s) you would like to return and set the quantity of the return.
6. Please provide a reason for the return in the text box.
7. Hit the 'return' button.
We will confirm your return request via email within 48 hours. A return slip will be attached with the details.
The items must be returned to Sawa Books within 14 days of the return slip date.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will issue a credit voucher in the amount of the item(s) excluding shipping charges. The credit voucher will be emailed to you, plus you can always find your credit voucher(s) and return slip(s) under My account in the footer of the website.
You can use your credit voucher within one year from the date of issue.
When you make a new order and would like to use your voucher, enter your voucher number in the appropriate box and click the 'ok' button.
Note: The voucher is associated with your account. If you would like another person to use it, please provide us with the person's Sawa Books username or the account email address.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours or the order status is not marked as 'shipped'. Otherwise, please follow return procedures.
If your order is not marked as 'shipped', please contact us immediately and we will issue a credit voucher for the total amount paid that can be used at a later date within one year. The credit voucher will be emailed to you, plus you can always find your credit voucher(s) and return slip(s) under My account in the footer of the website.
