A collection of poems by one of the great poets of the diaspora. Elia Abu Madi was born in Lebanon, and later moved to Egypt where he published his first collection of poems that led to his exile from the country. He settled in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was well-known among Arabs as a poet, author, and journalist.
