Mustafa Al-Rifai is an old, lonely writer who waits for his imminent death while carrying a big secret that weighs on him. One day that is no different from any other, his dearest wishes and worst fears come true together. In order for the day to pass peacefully, the exhausted Mustafa must direct it with all his wisdom and patience, facing a thief who does not calculate things, a broken family that is about to disintegrate, and the surprises of a deranged criminal whose actions cannot be predicted.
