Abbas Mahmoud al-Aqqad was a an Egyptian poet, writer and literary critic who authored more than 100 books and several thousand articles. He is most famous for his Abqariyat (Genius) series which consists of seven books covering the lives of the the seven most important companions of, and including, the Prophet Muhammad. Those seven books are contained here in a single volume and include not only the Prophet Muhammad, but also the "Genius of Christ." In the Qu'ran, Jesus is considered one of the most esteemed in a long line of prophets.
